TUNÇTAŞ CAM SAN. ve TİC. A.Ş., was established in 1977 in Pinarbasi, İzmir to produce Sodium Silicate. It moved to its factory in Kemalpasa Organized Industrial Zone in 1998, which has a larger area and large machine park, by increasing its capacity.

The company, which developed its technology over time and has a rapidly developing organization, continues to serve many different industries with its 8600 m² facility by adding Dextrin Glue to its product range in 1999.

As the only producer in the Aegean Region in the production of Sodium Silicate, it continues to respond to the demands in many industries such as textile, casting, soap, detergent, insulation, paper, construction, especially ceramic factories with its wide product variety and high quality.

It continues to provide all technical support to its customers using dextrin glue as the largest company in Turkey in terms of production capacity in Dextrin Glue and with its high-quality product range appealing to all kinds of consumers.

In 2008, the company started production of Core Tube with its experienced team of experts and modern machine park. In this way, it has expanded its product range and service area.

In 2014, TUNÇTAŞ built a new factory with a 20,000 m² area to meet the increasing demands and start its export operations. Today, the company continues to export its products to its customers operating in Greece, Bulgaria, Kosovo, England, Indonesia, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, North African countries, and Middle East countries, especially in the Turkish market. TUNÇTAŞ, which has increased its annual production capacity to 50.000 tons in dextrin glue, is the industry leader in this field.
